Company Overview Advanced Condominium Management Corporation (ACMC), was founded April 1, 1996 by Principals Edward R. Foti and Robert V. Linney, CMCA, AMS. Our purpose is to offer the best quality condominium management services to our clients in Southeastern Massachusetts and Northern Rhode Island. We provide our clients with the most advanced, responsive, and knowledgeable Management Team available to Condominium Associations. Through our experience, we will provide your Association with timely and accurate financial and operational information necessary for the Board to plan, evaluate, and implement the business of the Condominium Association. Through these resources and recommendations, we will enhance the property value and curb appeal of your community. Both Ed and Bob have combined their 40+ years of exclusive condominium management experience acquired by working with some on the largest management companies in the Boston area. ACMC is a member of Community Associations Institute, (CAI). Bob is currently a PCAM candidate and expects to receive his designation shortly. He has earned through the National Board of Certification his "Certified Manager of Community Associations" (CMCA) and has also earned the "Association Management Specialist" (AMS) designation by CAI. Bob is a past Chairman of CAI’s New England Managers Committee (1996, 1997), and he currently lectures for the CAI Educational Seminars and has authored many articles for Condo Media and Condo Management Magazines. We are currently under contract with a total of 9 condominium properties in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Our staff also includes a full time Office Manager, Maintenance Manager, and additional support staff to carry out the day to day operational needs of our properties.
