Our Maintenance Department is headed by Ron Roche, Chris Prince, and Lonnie Bouzan. Each of them has been involved with condominium and apartment maintenance for 15 years.

Through our combined experience, ACMC has developed a Preventative Maintenance Handbook as a maintenance guideline for condominium associations. This pro active measure, when tailored to your specific needs, will be a beneficial management tool in controlling potential run away costs associated with neglect and poor planning.

ACMC can provide your Association with expert general maintenance services that range from policing the property to changing light fixtures and bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, plastering and painting, lock replacement, carpentry repairs, minor landscaping projects, and janitorial needs. ACMC does not perform any services that would require a licensed HVAC technician, plumber or electrician. We believe these services should be contracted to professional, licensed, and insured contractors.
